Terms of service
In short: you get a subscription to read your competitors' public ads through Outtel. The ads belong to their advertisers, your data belongs to you, our figures are signals rather than spend, and you can stop when you want.
01Who we are
These terms are between you and To decide: the legal entity (UK and Egypt companies) and its address ("Outtel", "we").
02The service
Outtel follows the competitors you choose in public ad libraries, mainly Meta's Ad Library for Facebook and Instagram, and turns what it finds into findings, alerts, briefs and reports. Some parts are written or tagged by AI and always labelled AI. We improve the service over time and may change or remove features; if a change takes away something central to your plan, we tell you first.
03Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password safe (at least 12 characters). Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- On the Agency plan, the admin adds and removes team members and decides what each one sees, and is responsible for their team's use of Outtel.
- A seat is for one person. Don't share a seat between people.
04Plans and billing
- Prices are in US dollars: Business $39, Freelancer $59 and Agency $99 a month (2 seats included, each extra seat $35). Yearly plans cost 10 months and cover 12.
- Each plan has limits (competitors, seats, briefs), shown on the pricing page.
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel. To decide: payment provider, local currencies and taxes, and what happens when a payment fails (grace period).
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
05Fair use
Don't use Outtel to break the law, to harass anyone, or to copy advertisers' ads as your own. Don't resell access, copy our data in bulk, or try to get around plan limits or security. We may suspend an account that does, and tell you why.
06The ads you see
The ads, pictures, videos and brand names in Outtel belong to their advertisers. We show them so you can study the market. Learn from them; don't republish them as your own work.
07Your data
Your competitor lists, clients, notes and reports are yours. We use them only to run the service for you, as our privacy policy explains. Our AI never reads them.
08What we can't promise
- Platforms don't publish spend, clicks or sales for regular ads. Our figures are signals, such as how long an ad runs or how many versions it has; a "likely winner" is a sign, not a guarantee.
- We depend on what the platforms publish and when. If a platform changes or limits its ad library, some data may arrive late or not at all.
- AI text can be wrong. Check it against the ads it cites before acting on it.
09Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then access stops; we keep your data and don't delete it without asking. To decide: how long data is kept after cancelling. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
10Liability
To decide with a lawyer: limits of liability and warranties, within what consumer law allows.
11Law
To decide: governing law and courts (England and Wales, Egypt, or by where the customer is).
12Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the dashboard before the change applies. To decide: contact email for questions.
